In case you have only one WhatsApp member to add to the floating widget, you might want to directly jump to WhatsApp instead of expanding the modal of multiple agents.

To allow opening WhatsApp once a customer clicks on the floating widget, please enable the setting called Use click to chat in the App embeds settings.
