Order management

When a customer places an order with customized options through EXPO, the merchant need a clear way to see, manage, and fulfill that order.

EXPO makes this simple by attaching all selected options directly to the product inside your Shopify order details. No messy workarounds – everything you need is right there in your admin.

Inside your Shopify Admin -> Orders, open any order. Under each product, you’ll see all the options the customer selected.

With EXPO, fulfilling customized orders becomes easy:

  • Check the Options List: Everything the customer chose is listed right under the product in their order.
  • Follow Special Instructions: Custom messages (like engraving text or delivery notes) are stored as line item details.
  • Apply Add-ons or Adjustments: If the customer selected extra items or premium features, the price and details are already included.
