Set up automatic email outreach to customers after purchase – to encourage feedback.
- Enable the review-request feature in the Marketing section: You can choose when the request email is sent, for example, X days after the order fulfillment. This helps allow the customer time to use the product.
2. Navigate to edit the email template: you can edit the Email subject, Email heading/footer, and a friendly message. See the email preview and save the configuration.
The app automatically pre-renders key product details, making the review process quick and intuitive for customers.
Each review request email can include:
- Product Image: Displayed automatically, pulled directly from your product catalog.
- Product Name: Shown under the image or beside it, linked to the relevant product page.
- Review Button: A clearly visible “Leave Review” button is pre-rendered for each product purchased, allowing customers to click directly and open the review form with no extra navigation.
This smart design ensures that even customers who have purchased multiple items can easily identify their products and leave reviews for each one with just a few clicks.
