The app provides an Advanced Anti-Spam Protection system that replaces traditional CAPTCHAs with invisible checks.

If you’re on the Pro plan, it ensures a smooth user experience with no external dependencies.

The specific anti-spam methods include:

Honeypot Field (Pro)

A hidden “website” field is included in the form. Because this field is invisible to humans but visible to bots, any submission where this field is filled is automatically blocked.

Timing Validation (Pro)

To prevent automated scripts from submitting the form instantly, the system requires the form to be open for at least 2 seconds before a submission is accepted. Submissions made faster than this trigger an anti-spam error.

Rate Limiting (All Plans)

To prevent abuse, the system limits submissions to a maximum of 10 per IP address per hour and 3 per order per hour. Exceeding these limits triggers a progressive cooldown period of 15 minutes, 1 hour, or 24 hours.

Duplicate Protection (All Plans)

The same combination of order number and email address is blocked from resubmitting within 1 hour to prevent accidental or malicious duplicates.
